Terms of Service

Orders

By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable tax and shipping. Orders are subject to inventory availability — if an item sells out between page load and checkout, we'll refund the affected items.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented.

Warranty

Used hardware is sold as-is after our bench test. We back tested items with a 7-day functional warranty: if it dies in the first week we'll refund or replace.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages including lost data, lost productivity, or compatibility issues with your specific build. Test in your system promptly after delivery.
