This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Next Game Performance LLC, including promotional launch orders, preorder-style hardware allocation orders, component sales, custom build orders, diagnostics, repairs, and related services.
By placing an order, checking the required agreement box at checkout, and submitting payment, the customer agrees to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. General Policy
Next Game Performance LLC aims to be clear and upfront before purchase so customers know what they are buying, what is included, how fulfillment works, and what to expect.
Because some launch and preorder-style hardware orders are sourced through supplier allocation, distributor channels, or limited promotional inventory, many orders are final sale once placed.
Final sale does not mean Next Game Performance LLC can ignore legal obligations. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the wrong item is shipped, the item is materially not as described, or a refund is required by law, the issue will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
2. Final Sale Promotional Launch Orders
Promotional launch orders, preorder-style allocation orders, special allocation orders, discounted hardware orders, and supplier-dependent component orders are final sale once placed, except where required by law or where an approved exception applies.
Once payment is submitted, funds may be committed toward sourcing, reserving, allocating, or processing hardware for that customer’s order.
Because of this, Next Game Performance LLC does not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Finding a lower price after ordering
- Changing your mind
- No longer needing the product
- Ordering the wrong item
- Wanting a different brand or model after checkout
- Wanting retail packaging after accepting OEM packaging disclosure
- Compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase
- Personal financial hardship after purchase
- Refusing delivery
- Failure to retrieve a delivered package
- Delays within the stated processing or shipping timeline
3. Refund Exceptions
A refund, replacement, substitution, repair, or other remedy may be considered if one of the following applies:
- Next Game Performance LLC cannot fulfill the order
- The wrong item is shipped
- The item is materially not as described
- The item is confirmed defective upon delivery under an applicable written policy
- The shipment is confirmed lost or damaged under the applicable carrier claim process
- A refund or remedy is required by law
Next Game Performance LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy based on the specific facts of the order, product, shipment, and applicable law.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Fulfilled
If Next Game Performance LLC cannot fulfill an order, Next Game Performance LLC may:

- Request customer consent to continue with the delayed order
- Offer a comparable substitution where appropriate
- Cancel and refund the unshipped order where required
If a refund is required because an order cannot be fulfilled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Shipping Delays
Shipping and processing timelines are based on good faith estimates, supplier availability, distributor processing, fraud screening, payment review, and carrier availability.
Unless a product listing states a different timeline, promotional launch and supplier-dependent orders typically ship within 7 business days after payment is accepted.
If additional time is needed beyond the stated timeline, Next Game Performance LLC may contact the customer with an updated timeline.
If customer consent is required for a delay and the customer does not consent, Next Game Performance LLC may cancel and refund the unshipped order.
Delays caused by suppliers, distributors, carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect customer information, payment review, fraud review, or other factors outside direct control do not automatically qualify for a refund unless required by law.
6. OEM Packaging and Packaging Expectations
Some products may arrive in OEM packaging, bulk packaging, distributor packaging, tray packaging, plain packaging, or other non-retail packaging.
OEM or distributor packaging may not include retail boxes, printed manuals, accessories, promotional inserts, marketing materials, or premium retail presentation.
Packaging differences are not a valid reason for return or refund if the product listing disclosed OEM, bulk, distributor, or non-retail packaging and the product is otherwise authentic, functional, and as described.
If a customer requires retail packaging or specific included accessories, the customer must confirm that in writing before placing an order.
7. Brand or Model Preference After Purchase
For certain promotional launch products, the advertised hardware class or core specification may be guaranteed while the exact brand, board partner, cooler design, model tier, or retail SKU may vary based on supplier availability.
A return or refund will not be approved solely because the customer prefers a different brand, model, box, cooler design, or manufacturer after checkout, unless the listing specifically guaranteed that exact brand or model.
Brand-specific requests must be confirmed in writing before payment is submitted.
8. Compatibility Issues
For component-only purchases, the customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for compatibility issues unless Next Game Performance LLC expressly confirmed compatibility in writing before purchase and that confirmation was materially incorrect.
Examples of compatibility issues that do not automatically qualify for refund include:
- GPU does not fit the customer’s case
- Power supply does not have the required connectors
- Motherboard BIOS does not support the CPU without update
- RAM is not supported by the customer’s motherboard
- Customer system has unrelated instability
- Customer lacks installation experience
- Customer changes build direction after purchase
Customers should contact Next Game Performance LLC before ordering if they are unsure whether a part fits their build.
9. Wrong Item Shipped
If the customer receives the wrong item, the customer must contact Next Game Performance LLC within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
The customer must provide:
- Order number
- Full name on the order
- Delivery date
- Clear photos of the product received
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of labels, serial numbers, or identifying information where applicable
Next Game Performance LLC will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, return authorization, or refund where appropriate.
The customer must not ship anything back without written return authorization.
10. Damaged Shipment
If an item arrives visibly damaged, the customer must contact Next Game Performance LLC within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
The customer must keep all packaging, shipping materials, labels, and product materials until the issue is reviewed.
The customer must provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer shipping box
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of shipping labels
- Description of the damage
- Delivery date
Carrier damage claims may require cooperation from the customer.
Failure to keep packaging or provide requested documentation may limit available remedies.
11. Defective Upon Delivery
If a product appears defective upon delivery, the customer must contact Next Game Performance LLC within 48 hours of delivery confirmation unless a different written policy applies to that product.
The customer may be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Serial number photos
- Description of the issue
- System specifications
- Installation details
- Error messages
- Diagnostic screenshots
- Video showing the issue
- Proof that the issue is not caused by incompatible hardware, improper installation, insufficient power supply, BIOS issues, driver issues, customer damage, or misuse
Next Game Performance LLC may require troubleshooting before approving any remedy.
A product is not considered defective solely because it does not meet a customer’s expected benchmark, frame rate, overclocking result, noise preference, packaging preference, or compatibility assumption.
12. Unauthorized Returns
Customers must contact Next Game Performance LLC and receive written return authorization before shipping any item back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or held pending customer response.
Sending an item back without authorization does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit.
13. Return Condition Requirements
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the condition required by the return authorization.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, returned items must include:
- The product originally shipped
- Any included accessories
- Any included manuals or documents
- Original packaging materials when available
- Serial number labels intact
- No signs of misuse, tampering, alteration, physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation, or part swapping
If the returned item is missing parts, damaged, altered, swapped, or not the same item shipped, the return may be denied.
14. Serial Number and Part Verification
Next Game Performance LLC may document product serial numbers, identifiers, photos, condition, packaging, and included items before shipment.
Returned items may be inspected and compared against order records.
Returns may be denied if:
- The serial number does not match
- The item is not the item originally shipped
- The item was damaged after delivery
- The item was modified
- The item was tampered with
- Parts were removed or swapped
- Required packaging or accessories are missing
- The issue was caused by customer misuse or improper installation
15. Refund Method
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment method.
Shipping fees, processing fees, insurance fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is caused by an error by Next Game Performance LLC.
16. Restocking Fees
Next Game Performance LLC may apply a restocking fee to approved discretionary returns where permitted by law.
Restocking fees may apply when a return is approved as an exception even though the item was correctly shipped, accurately described, and not defective.
Restocking fees do not apply where prohibited by law.
17. Non-Refundable Services
Diagnostic fees, labor charges, consultation fees, custom build labor, repair labor, installation labor, software setup, cleaning services, and other service-based work may be non-refundable once the service has started or been completed.
Parts used during repair or custom work may be subject to separate return limitations, supplier rules, or final sale restrictions.
18. Custom Builds and Special Orders
Custom PC builds, special order parts, reserved hardware, customer-specific sourcing, and build-to-order configurations may be final sale once parts are ordered, allocated, installed, configured, or assembled.
Custom build deposits, sourcing payments, or parts payments may be non-refundable once funds are committed to customer-specific inventory, except where required by law or where Next Game Performance LLC cannot fulfill the agreed work.
Any custom build warranty, service coverage, or pickup/delivery terms must be stated in writing to apply.
19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Next Game Performance LLC first regarding any order issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Many issues can be resolved faster by contacting the business directly.
If a customer files a payment dispute after accepting the checkout agreement, Next Game Performance LLC may submit evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, card network, carrier, or other relevant party.
Evidence may include:
- Product listing details
- Product page screenshots or records
- Terms version accepted
- Returns & Refunds Policy version accepted
- Privacy Policy version accepted
- OEM disclosure accepted
- Checkout checkbox records
- IP address
- Device or browser information

Filing a false dispute, falsely claiming non-receipt, falsely claiming unauthorized purchase, or misrepresenting the order after accepting the checkout terms may be treated as payment fraud.
Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s legal rights. This section is intended to prevent false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes.
